Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, beaten egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat marinated chicken in breadcrumbs and set aside.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Transfer cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Toss warm chicken with Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
