  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • to taste Salt

For Serving
  • 1 cup Citrus Slices for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Extra Fresh Herbs for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the zest and juice of lemon and orange, minced garlic, and finely chopped dill, parsley, and thyme. Drizzle in olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Place your salmon fillets in a shallow dish, and pour the prepared marinade over the top. Ensure each fillet is coated evenly, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the salmon from the fridge and place the fillets on a lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake your marinated salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with extra fresh herbs and citrus slices.
