Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, combine uncooked penne pasta, marinara sauce, and water or broth. Add frozen meatballs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until mixed.
  3. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35–40 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to rest for 5–10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
