  • 8 oz Spaghetti or any pasta shape on hand
For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts or swap with turkey or tofu
For the Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper freshly cracked
Optional Finishing Touch
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add drained spaghetti back into the skillet. Toss everything together and adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Serve on plates garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
