Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop the fresh dill and parsley, mince the garlic, and crumble the feta cheese. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk with herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Use wet hands to form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs, aiming for about 15 to 20.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. For baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), arrange meatballs on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce, a Greek salad, or in warm pita wraps.
