- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold one sheet of thawed puff pastry on a floured surface. Layer with cheese slices followed by deli ham. Place the second sheet on top and gently press to seal.
- Cut the layered pastry into 1-inch wide strips for the branches of the trees.
- Fold each strip back and forth, creating a zigzag effect, and thread onto wooden skewers.
- Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Brush the glaze over each tree.
- Place the trees on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve on a festive platter.
