Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan by lightly coating it with nonstick cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Add mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted and smooth, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in crispy rice cereal and additional mini marshmallows. Then mix in chopped pretzels and potato chips.
  5. Spread half of the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan, pressing down firmly.
  6. Sprinkle M&Ms, mini M&Ms, and mini chocolate chips over the base layer, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Spread the remaining mixture over the toppings, pressing down evenly.
  8. Top with leftover chopped pretzels, potato chips, M&Ms, and mini chocolate chips, then sprinkle flaky sea salt.
  9. Let the treats set at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Once set, lift the treats from the pan and slice into squares.
