Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry until about ¼ inch thick and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the surface of the pastry and spread it evenly.
  3. Thinly slice the pears and arrange them over the base, slightly overlapping for visual appeal.
  4. Evenly scatter crumbled Gorgonzola cheese over the pears.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. After baking, remove the flatbread and drizzle honey over it. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and fresh arugula, finishing with black pepper.
