Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. In a bowl, combine spinach mixture with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasoning until blended.
  5. Spread marinara sauce in baking dish. Stuff each shell with filling and place seam-side up in the dish. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
