- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cook jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and cool.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted (approx. 3-4 minutes).
- In a bowl, combine spinach mixture with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasoning until blended.
- Spread marinara sauce in baking dish. Stuff each shell with filling and place seam-side up in the dish. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
