Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring frequently for about 5–7 minutes until browned and aromatic.
  2. Once the beef is cooked, add shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Prepare rice paper wrappers by dipping one into warm water for about 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  4. Lay the softened rice paper wrapper on a clean surface. Place a few basil leaves and a spoonful of the beef-vegetable mixture towards the center, fold edges over, and roll tightly.
  5. Arrange the freshly rolled Thai Basil Beef Rolls on a platter and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.
