- While the skillet heats up, take a large light tortilla or Flatout wrap and spread two wedges of The Laughing Cow cream cheese evenly on one half.
- Layer a generous ½ cup of frozen blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently to secure the filling.
- Spray the hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place the folded quesadilla in the skillet; grill for about 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes.
