Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2–3 minutes.
  2. While the skillet heats up, take a large light tortilla or Flatout wrap and spread two wedges of The Laughing Cow cream cheese evenly on one half.
  3. Layer a generous ½ cup of frozen blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Carefully fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently to secure the filling.
  5. Spray the hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place the folded quesadilla in the skillet; grill for about 2 minutes.
  6. After 2 minutes, flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Slide the quesadilla onto a cutting board, let it cool for a minute, then cut into wedges.
