Muffin Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (180℃) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together just the dry ingredients.
- Combine the orange zest and granulated sugar, rubbing them together.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the orange sugar mixture.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Sprinkle tops with coarse sparkling sugar.
- Bake for 20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
