Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well blended.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon filling, add remaining batter, then top with remaining filling.
  7. Using a butter knife, swirl through the batter and filling to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing and placing on a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth, then drizzle over cooled bread.
