- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, crack 8 to 10 eggs and whisk until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups of milk and mix well.
- Add in cooked sausage, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, cubed bread, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until edges are browned and center is set.
- Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm, either standalone or with fresh fruit.
