Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack 8 to 10 eggs and whisk until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups of milk and mix well.
  3. Add in cooked sausage, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, cubed bread, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
