Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, banana ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, minced garlic, chopped onion, black pepper, salt, paprika, and water until smooth.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked bamboo skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with leftover marinade.
  6. Remove chicken from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
