Cooking Instructions

  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, and water. Whisk until smooth, adjusting consistency as needed.
  5. Assemble your bowl with brown rice as the base, topped with roasted sweet potatoes and sautéed chicken. Drizzle tahini sauce on top.
