- In a medium bowl, combine your choice of chopped cooked chicken, drained canned corn, and rinsed black beans. Add diced avocados, chopped yellow onion, and fresh cilantro. Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, granulated garlic, and kosher salt. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the chicken mixture, then gently toss everything together until well combined and coated in the lime juice.
- Take your lettuce leaves and carefully separate them. Rinse each leaf under cold water, then pat them dry with a clean towel.
- Spoon generous amounts of the chicken mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf, fold the sides over the filling and roll it up gently to create your wrap.
- Place your assembled wraps on a serving platter, and optionally serve with sour cream and hot sauce on the side.
