Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they're coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat the Cooking Surface: Preheat grill or frying pan over medium-high heat with a splash of olive oil.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Place marinated chicken on the grill or pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
