Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate with oyster sauce, ground black pepper, and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
  4. In the same wok, stir-fry sliced zucchini for about 5 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, add remaining marinade, and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or noodles, garnished with fresh herbs or sesame oil.
