- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) to help the dough rise.
- Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, heat milk, sugar, and butter until warm, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Add the egg and stir until a sticky dough forms. Gradually add flour until the dough pulls away from the sides.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the warm oven for 10-20 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 26-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
For best results, ensure that the yeast is fresh and allow enough time for the rolls to rise properly before baking.
