Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Warm the milk, sugar, and butter in the microwave until just warm, and mix with dry ingredients.
  3. Add the egg and stir until a sticky dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Transfer dough to a greased bowl and cover, letting it rest in the warm oven for 10-20 minutes.
  5. Mix filling ingredients in a separate bowl until a thick paste forms.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, roll tightly into a log, and cut into strips.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise in the oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 26-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and salt, then mix in powdered sugar and cream.
  10. Allow rolls to cool for 10 minutes before generously frosting them.
