Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef with steak seasoning, red chili flakes, black pepper, half the minced garlic, a crumbled bouillon cube, and finely chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into patties about ¾ inch thick. Place a slice of cheese on four patties, then top each with the remaining patties.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for approximately 5-6 minutes per side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust.
- In the same skillet, melt an additional 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in remaining minced garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, and a pinch of Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Add spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet with the garlic and lemon butter, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until tender. Toss to coat evenly.
- Push the zucchini noodles to one side of the skillet and return the cooked garlic burgers to heat through for another 1-2 minutes before serving.
