Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes, draining excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the biscuit dough until 1/4 inch thick and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the filling securely and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush the tops of each bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
