Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and add the broccoli florets. Cook for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bacon and sauté for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water, then add to the skillet.
  4. Stir the sauce for about 10 seconds until it thickens. Add drained broccoli and toss to coat. Fold in bacon. Serve immediately.

Notes
