- Boil a large pot of salted water and add the broccoli florets. Cook for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bacon and sauté for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water, then add to the skillet.
