  2. While the crostini bakes, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add your seasoned shrimp and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, scoop out ripe avocados and mash them with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth.
