  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil for nutty aroma
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional but recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets and toss with cornstarch until fully coated. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Heat until simmering for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once baked, transfer the cauliflower to a bowl, pour the sauce over it, and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
