Instructions

  2. Cream the softened butter in a stand mixer for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Add light brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing on medium for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the mixture, mixing on low for about 30 seconds.
  5. In a bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows, leaving some visible for presentation.
  7. Transfer the dough to the pie plate, smoothing it out evenly.
  8. Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes or until edges are golden and center is slightly gooey.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
