- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- While the beef is simmering, heat tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side. Alternatively, microwave for 20 seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel.
- Lay one warmed tortilla flat and layer with white rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheeses.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or add oil. Place assembled burrito seam-side down in the skillet and grill for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and grill for another 3–4 minutes.
- Remove the burrito from the skillet, cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve warm with additional chipotle sauce or guacamole.
