Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease muffin tin or line with paper muffin liners.

  4. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, honey, olive oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
