Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate the low-fat Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the kneaded dough into 8 portions and roll each into an oval approximately 6 inches long.
  5. On one half of each dough oval, place about 15g of pizza sauce and 20g of low-fat cheese, leaving a ½-inch border.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, align edges, press to seal, and crimp with a fork.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
