Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Marinade: Whisk together lime juice, lime zest, honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high, around 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 204°C).
  4. Grill the Chicken: Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Make the Mango Salsa: Dice avocado and mango, mix with lime juice and salt.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Top grilled chicken with salsa and serve with sides.
