Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potato gnocchi and cook for 2-4 minutes, until they float. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add gnocchi, sear for 3-5 minutes until golden-brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  5. Reduce heat, mix in Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add gnocchi to the sauce, toss to coat, and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
