Equipment

Method

Instructions
  1. Cook Noodles: Boil water in a large pot. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then combine with the sauce to thicken.
  3. Marinate Beef: Combine sliced beef with a splash of soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and ginger in a bowl. Mix well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cook Beef: Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sear marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Sauté Aromatics: In the same wok, add more sesame oil if needed, then toss in onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add Vegetables and Noodles: Add broccoli and cooked spaghetti to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  7. Combine and Heat Through: Pour sauce over the mix, add beef back to the wok, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve: Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
