Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, and cook marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Sauce Base: Reduce heat, add cold butter to the same skillet, then add minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté until translucent.
  4. Build the Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce and sugar, let simmer for about 5 minutes. Return cooked chicken to skillet.
  5. Simmer and Season: Add heavy cream, cayenne pepper, garam masala, and black pepper. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
