Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients: sandwich bolillos, shredded chicken, fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, avocado), and spices (cumin, chili powder).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cumin and chili powder. Add diced tomatoes and other vegetables. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Lightly toast the sandwich bolillos on a skillet over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden.
  4. Lay the bottom half of each sandwich bolillo on a plate. Scoop the filling mixture onto the bread.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. Drizzle with salsa or lime juice.
  6. Cap off each sandwich with the top half of the bolillo, press down gently, and slice in half diagonally.
