Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain, reserving a cup of cooking water.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter and sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits from the skillet, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Return the chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with basil or parsley and serve warm.
