- Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth; let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and integrated.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
