Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Take your frozen puff pastry out of the freezer and let it thaw for about 30 minutes. Roll it out and slice into 24 rectangles.
  3. Grease your mini cupcake tray with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  4. Place a piece of brie cheese into each pastry cup, followed by a thin slice of pear.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Add a small piece of prosciutto on top of each tart while still warm.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm.
