- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pot over medium-high heat, letting it shimmer. Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of water into the pot, stirring to combine with the garlic. Add 3 tablespoons of gochujang and mix well until the sauce is smooth.
- Carefully add the frozen soup dumplings to the simmering sauce, cover the pot and cook for about 12 minutes.
- Once the dumplings are cooked, turn off the heat. Sprinkle ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Serve hot, scooping the dumplings and sauce into bowls.
