  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: Mix cooled brown butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until creamy. Add 1 cup sourdough discard, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk 2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Fold dry into wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in Add-Ins: Gently fold in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup chopped graham crackers until evenly distributed.
  6. Chill Dough (Optional): Cover dough and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes for thicker cookies.
  7. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop & Bake: Scoop tablespoons of dough onto sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
