Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Crush Oreo cookies, mix with melted butter and press into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 11 minutes and cool.

- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa mix, unsweetened cocoa, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla until combined. Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed.
Bake the Cheesecake
- Pour cheesecake batter into crust and create a water bath. Bake for 75-85 minutes until edges are set. Cool in oven for 30 minutes.
Chill the Cheesecake
- Transfer to refrigerator and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Make Whipped Cream
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until medium peaks form. Spread on cheesecake and add toppings.
