- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise.
- Melt the unsalted butter and mix with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned butter over the cut sides of the rolls.
- Layer deli-sliced salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add mozzarella and provolone cheese, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Distribute roasted red peppers, black olives, and banana peppers on top of the cheese.
