Method
 

Preparation

  2. Let the rice rest for 10 minutes, then mix in sesame oil and salt while warm.
  3. In a bowl, choose your filling like tuna, bulgogi, kimchi, or chicken and mix with seaweed, sesame seeds, and soy sauce.
  4. Moisten hands and shape about 1/4 cup of the rice mixture into balls.
  5. Enjoy the rice balls immediately or refrigerate tightly wrapped for up to 24 hours.
