- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger into the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in sliced bell pepper and onion and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Stir thoroughly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, then serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
