- Place the ready-rolled puff pastry on the tray. Score the pastry into thirds lengthwise without cutting through.

- Mix the full-fat cream cheese, lemon curd, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and cornflour until smooth.
- Remove a small triangle from the center and fill it with the cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly.
- Fold the pastry strips over the filling, alternating sides, to create a braided pattern.
- Brush the braid with beaten egg and bake for 17-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
