Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Lemon Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together freshly squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper until smooth and emulsified.
  2. Wash and Chop the Swiss Chard: Thoroughly wash the Swiss chard leaves and dry them. Remove tough stems, stack leaves, roll tightly, and slice into ribbons. Place in a large salad bowl.
  3. Toss the Salad with Cheese and Dressing: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the Swiss chard. Pour the vinaigrette over the top and toss gently for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Toast the Garlic Breadcrumbs: In a medium skillet over medium heat, add olive oil with panko breadcrumbs and minced garlic. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
