  • 1 large Egg or 1 Tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 Tbsp water for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Mix-ins (optional) consider chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
