Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Maple Bacon Carrots
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place a wire rack on the lined sheet pan if available, or set the wrapped carrots directly on the parchment paper.
  3. Wrap each thin carrot with a slice of bacon, starting from the top and working down, avoiding overlap.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix together maple syrup and chopped thyme in a bowl.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the pan and baste the carrots with the maple-thyme mixture.
