Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Remove the skirt steak from the marinade, discard the marinade, and cook the steak on the hot grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. After cooking, let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
