- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the greased baking dish.
- Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and pitted Kalamata olives around the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked and no longer pink in the center.
