Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and have a greased baking dish ready.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate.
  3. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the greased baking dish.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and pitted Kalamata olives around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
